Dealcoholisation detail
The wine undergoes dealcoholisation via vacuum distillation combined with aroma recovery. After the grapes are matured in steel tanks and the alcohol is removed through this gentle vacuum distillation process, the wine is bottled with six bars of carbon dioxide to create the sparkling character.
