Dealcoholisation detail

We source high quality organic grapes, which are pressed and fermented in stainless steel vats with a traditional winemaking process, before being dealcoholized via very gentle methods. This includes vacuum distillation at low temperature & a patented method of aroma recovery. This way, we preserve the properties of the wine only without the alcohol.
