The Chardonnay for Appalina Chardonnay non-alcoholic grows in the best vineyards of Hechtsheim Winery. The grapes are hand-picked to select only the best fruits for vinification. After harvesting, the grapes are gently pressed. This process occurs to preserve the freshness and aromatic diversity.

Dealcoholisation detail

Fermentation takes place under temperature control in stainless steel tanks, allowing the fruity notes to remain optimal. After fermentation, the wine is carefully processed and then freed from its alcoholic component in special facilities. This is done gently to secure the intensity of flavor and aromas of the wine. Finally, the Chardonnay matures both in tank and bottle to give it the desired character.
