Dealcoholisation detail

After growing our grapes in the vineyard for a full season, we harvest the fruit and craft a premium full-strength Marlborough Rosé wine. Then using advanced spinning cone technology we gently remove the aroma and the alcohol at low temperatures to retain the wine flavour characteristics. The delicate aroma is then added back into the body of the non-alcoholic wine along with a small amount of premium grape juice to round out the final blend.
