BOLLE Sparkling Rosé is made through our patent-pending twice-fermented winemaking process, the same technique that gives traditional sparkling wine its character. Unlike most non-alcoholic rosé wines that rely on grape juice, added flavours, and artificial carbonation, BOLLE starts with real wine and ferments it twice. The result is a non-alcoholic sparkling rosé with natural bubbles, genuine complexity, and just 2.8g of naturally occurring sugar.
