Darling Cellars' core still rosé from the cool-climate Darling region on South Africa's West Coast. Made from 98% Sauvignon Blanc and 2% Grenache, with a beautiful salmon-pink colour and ripe strawberry aromatics. The de-alcoholised range is produced identically to regular wine, with alcohol then removed using smart technology to preserve terroir expression. Vegan, low-calorie.
