A dealcoholised Pinot Blanc from the Palatinate with residual sugar giving a fruity, well-rounded profile with delicate peach undertones. Classified as off-dry, it is best served very cold and pairs well with salads, asparagus, and light dishes.
Vineyard
Located in Duttweiler in the Palatinate region of southwest Germany, the vineyard grows in an almost Mediterranean landscape. Run by the Nett family for five generations, certain plots have been cultivated since 2011 exclusively by horse power to keep the soil looser and improve grape quality.
