Vineyard

The grapes come from vineyards in central Chile, where the climate features warm days, cool nights, significant temperature differences, and fresh winds from the Pacific ensuring slow, gentle ripening. Soils consist of sandy and gravelly layers with clay inclusions, providing good water retention and drainage, allowing vines to grow deep and produce concentrated, aromatic grapes.

Dealcoholisation detail

After fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled cool temperatures, the wine undergoes dealcoholisation using a gentle vacuum distillation process. At low temperatures, the alcohol evaporates while the aromas are largely preserved, maintaining the typical Sauvignon Blanc profile without alcohol.
