Vineyard

The grapes come from the Lea Winery estate in Friuli Venezia Giulia, a region with a rich wine tradition and cool Alpine influences. All grapes are grown on the estate's own vineyards, of which 17 hectares have been organically certified since the 2022 harvest. The remainder of the estate is transitioning to organic production, fully supervised by the estate's own winemakers.

Dealcoholisation detail

After fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, the alcohol is removed using a patented membrane technology. The process takes place at room temperature, without heating, so that aromas, structure and colour are fully preserved. Only the alcohol is extracted, the rest remains intact.
