An alcohol-free sparkling white from Maison Ackerman made with 100% Pineau d'Aunis from the Loire Valley, dealcoholised via low-temperature vacuum distillation. Intensely fruity, elegant and refreshing, with notes of ripe grape, yellow fruit, peach and a hint of quince.

Pineau d'Aunis is pressed directly and gently without skin contact to avoid colour extraction while retaining the grape's characteristic lightly spiced signature.

Dealcoholisation detail
After classical vinification, the alcohol is removed using low-temperature vacuum distillation (vacuüm verdamping op lage temperatuur). A portion of the natural aromas are then reintegrated to preserve the wine's character. The mouthfeel is subsequently balanced with a small addition of grape juice, resulting in a fresh, harmonious sparkling wine with less than 0.5% alcohol.
