Vines located on one of the highest points of Puisseguin (100m altitude), on deep clay-limestone and clay-siliceous soils of the Puisseguin Saint-Emilion appellation. High planting density of 6,000 vines per hectare, encouraging competition between vines and thus better quality.

Dealcoholisation detail
The wine undergoes cold dealcoholisation under vacuum (désalcoolisation à froid sous vide) just before bottling. The vinification follows traditional Bordeaux methods in stainless steel tanks, with alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, followed by ageing at low temperature to preserve the aromatics, before the dealcoholisation step.
