Dealcoholisation detail
The Rosenzauber undergoes a natural fermentation process with a controlled fermentation arrest, so that no alcohol is formed. The fine carbonation is then added through gentle introduction of CO2, giving the drink its lively texture. The product is matured in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve the fruit aromas.
