A silky, well-balanced, and rather dry sparkling rosé from the Languedoc-Roussillon region of France. Made from Syrah, it reveals bright notes of summer berries, green apple, and citrus, with an all-natural color.
Vineyard
Vineyards here sit on alternating layers of limestone, schist, and clay, each influencing how the grapes retain acidity, develop aroma, and express minerality. The southern climate brings long periods of sun, while the Tramontane wind, a defining feature of the region, cools the valleys and helps preserve freshness in the fruit.
Dealcoholisation detail
Once the wine has reached its intended profile, the alcohol is removed through a low-temperature, aroma-preserving method designed to retain primary fruit, acidity, and the integrity of the mousse. The aim is to preserve the wine's structure and its natural spectrum of red berries, floral notes, and the faint spice characteristic of Syrah.
