Le Vaglie Zero is a fully dealcoholised Italian white wine produced by Cantina Santa Barbara, fermented in stainless steel with grapes harvested in late September to early October. It offers rich and complex aromas with spiced and ripe fruit notes, and a round, generous palate with a long, satisfying fruit finish.

Dealcoholisation detail
The wine undergoes dealcoholisation using a membrane dealcoholiser, a new-technology machine composed of a control panel made of membranes and pre-filters, and circuits for the entry and exit of wine and water. The wine and water flow in the same direction through separate circuits, then meet a membrane which keeps them separate via the natural process of direct osmosis, through which alcohol is transferred from the wine to the water. No chemical substances are used — only water.
