Dealcoholisation detail

The dealcoholisation process uses a membrane dealcoholiser — a machine consisting of a control panel made of membranes, prefilters, and circuits for wine and water inlet/outlet. The wine and water flow in the same direction through separate circuits and then meet a membrane that keeps them separate. Through the natural process of direct osmosis, alcohol is transferred from the wine to the water. No chemicals are used; only water is involved in the alcohol elimination process.
