Grapes sourced from selected German wine-growing sites with a temperate climate. Warm days and cool nights promote slow, even ripening and intensify the variety-typical aromas. Soils range from gravelly sites to loess and clay, lending the blend structure, tension and aromatic depth.

Dealcoholisation detail

The wine undergoes a particularly gentle dealcoholisation process in which aroma and structure are kept at the forefront. Modern technology reduces the alcohol content to below 0.5% by volume while preserving as many natural aromatic and flavour compounds as possible. The base wine is first fermented at cool temperatures in stainless steel tanks to emphasise fresh fruit, and the dealcoholisation step follows with precision and care.
