Zero Dealcoholized Glera

Launched early 2025 for Dry January by Villa Sandi — one of Italy's premier Prosecco producers, based in the heart of Valdobbiadene since 1622 in a Palladian-style villa. Made from 100% Glera from Veneto vineyards. Owner Diva Moretti Polegato: "Villa Sandi is dealcoholised Glera, so it tastes like Prosecco. We see a big market for zero-alcohol — and mixology loves it." Cannot legally be labelled Prosecco DOC (Italy legalized NA wine production Dec 2024) but is marketed on the Prosecco flavour profile. Significant Dry January sell-through in its launch month.
