A non-alcoholic, single-varietal Riesling from the sun-drenched Palatinate (Pfalz), fermented in stainless steel tanks and gently dealcoholised to preserve its vibrant citrus fruit, crisp acidity and precise minerality. Vineyard
The grapes come from carefully selected sites on gentle slopes around Neustadt an der Weinstraße in the Pfalz region. The vineyards benefit from the rain shadow of the Palatinate Forest, enjoying a mild, warm climate with many hours of sunshine and cool nights. The soils consist of loess, sand, coloured sandstone and limestone, contributing to the wine's minerality.

Dealcoholisation detail
After a standard fermentation in stainless steel tanks producing a fully-fledged Riesling wine, the alcohol is removed using two methods: vacuum evaporation at low pressure (which lowers the boiling point of alcohol so it evaporates at low temperatures, largely preserving aroma and structure) and reverse osmosis (which separates alcohol and water from aromatic substances, with the concentrated aromas then recombined with an alcohol-free medium).
