For BIBO RUNGE, the path to a good wine leads through the discovery of slowness and patience - with nature, with our wines, for a very special enjoyment. That is why sustainability is also a matter of the heart for us, not only as winemakers. Since 2021, we have been a certified member of FAIR'N GREEN, the sustainability seal in the wine industry. FAIR'N GREEN supports us in the further sustainable development of our winery, taking into account ecological and social aspects. We are already one of the wineries with the smallest CO2 footprint and we are currently working hard to initiate a Germany-wide deposit system for wine bottles.

Deserteur Grand Zero
An exclusive non-alcoholic Riesling from the grand cru Hallgartener Jungfer in the Rheingau, spontaneously fermented and aged for over a year in large oak barrels. Premium quality without compromise, with intense aromas, impressive balance, and a sustainably long finish.
Red
Deserteur Pinot Noir
Deserteur Pinot Noir Zero proves that great taste doesn't need alcohol. Juicy berry aromas, a hint of spice, and the characteristic elegance of Pinot Noir make this a wine of real character, just without the degrees.
Rosé
Deserteur Pinot Secco
A fine, sparkling, alcohol-free rosé made from Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc with low acidity and even less sugar.
White
Deserteur Riesling
A non-alcoholic Riesling from the Rheingau, gently dealcoholised and finished with a BIBO RUNGE dosage. The DESERTEUR is one of the finest non-alcoholic wines available and won a gold medal at Mundus Vini 2023.

Deserteur Riesling Sparkling
From Bibo Runge — one of Germany's most admired natural wine producers, based in Oestrich-Winkel in the Rheingau. The Deserteur line launched in December 2020, with the name being a play on words (the alcohol 'deserted' the wine). Vineyards are worked entirely by hand and the winery aims for carbon neutrality. Made from Rheingau Riesling on clay and flint soils with hand-harvested grapes and spontaneous fermentation, then dealcoholized. Member of Fair'n Green sustainability initiative.

Bibo Runge's alcohol-free sparkling rosé — a finely balanced cuvée of Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc from the Rheingau, with a gentle effervescence added post-dealcoholization and a fine dosage from one of their best wines. Low acidity, low sugar at 2.9g/100ml, 15 kcal per 100ml. From the same climate-neutral, hand-operated estate as the Deserteur Riesling Sparkling.
