Grapes come from selected sites in Veneto, northern Italy. The mild yet sunny climate provides ideal conditions for fruit-driven cuvées. The soils are varied, with components of gravel, sand, and clay, which store warmth and water very well, resulting in grapes with clear fruit and a pleasant acidity structure.

Dealcoholisation detail

The wine undergoes dealcoholisation using gentle methods designed to preserve aroma and character. In vacuum evaporation, the boiling point of alcohol is significantly reduced, allowing alcohol to escape at low temperatures while delicate aromas are protected. Additionally, reverse osmosis may be used, in which a fine membrane separates the wine into aroma-rich components and alcohol-containing fractions; the cellar master then recombines the aromatic components so that the typical scents of strawberry, raspberry, and orange peel remain clearly preserved.
