Rosé Pétillant

Domaine Tour Campanets is an organic family estate near Aix-en-Provence, nestled between the Luberon and Sainte-Victoire mountains. Acquired by Emmanuelle Baude in 2012, the 32-hectare estate is certified organic and produces elegant Provençal wines. In recent years, it has expanded into premium alcohol-free wines, including still and sparkling rosé expressions crafted through gentle vacuum dealcoholisation while preserving the freshness and minerality of its high-altitude vineyards.
